« My room did not have a hair dryer. My husband and I got locked out of our room
. I had to stand in line for 35 minutes to get our keys redone to let us into our room. Housekeeping did make my bed because there was a hanger left on it. The pool was cold. I got locked outside of the pool and had to walk all the way around the building to get back into the building. »
