« My room did not have a hair dryer. My husband and I got locked out of our room . I had to stand in line for 35 minutes to get our keys redone to let us into our room. Housekeeping did make my bed because there was a hanger left on it. The pool was cold. I got locked outside of the pool and had to walk all the way around the building to get back into the building. »

« We got in late and then had to leave at 5:30a before breakfast was ready. We me Lou and she was the kindest staff person we met! She invited our kids in to the breakfast area to make themselves waffles for their breakfast and chatted with my husband even though the breakfast area wasn’t open yet. She was a gem and Hampton is lucky to have her! She made our morning and our kids said they would have loved to invite her on our travels for the day! »
