„Seemed to be a nice hotels huge inconvenience when went for entire day with no hot water. Notified front desk with no explanation or timeline. Then unexpectedly had no water at all for a period in the evening. Huge inconvenience for us as we had to cancel plans and duplicate expenses. Hotel only offers small discount which is wasn’t adequate in relation to the major inconvenience.“

„Direkt am Fluss gelegen und fußläufig zum Lewis und Clark Center. Schöne große saubere Zimmer. Kühlschrank vorhanden. Kaffee und heisses Wasser gibt es in der Lobby 24 Stunden. Gute Betten. Da nahe an der Schnellstraße nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster laut, auch rückseitig zum Fluss hin hört man den Verkehr. Freundliches Personal. Restaurant im Haus in dem sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen gegessen werden kann. 3 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist ein super Diner (Horizon) der bereits ab 6.00 ...

„This was one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel going to a conference! The room was spotless. The bed was fantastic. I would recommend best western in York beyond any other and would rank it up even above a hotel that cost twice or more the amount! I told the staff that I came up there to complain. He asked what about? I told him I came down to complain and my complaint is I couldn’t find anything to complain about!“

„Room was not clean. There was toothpaste smeared in the bathroom and a sticky spill on the bedside table. The other issue with the room is when all the lights are off, the blinking smoke detector light is extremely bright… like a small strobe light in the room making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the room would have been great being new and up to date. We loved the gym area, the lobby and the free snacks from 530-7.
