« House was clean except for the two dirty hand towels lying on the bed when we arrived. Washer and dryer were behind a locked door so I had to message the host to get a code to open it. She first insisted it wouldn’t be inside a locked door, so I had to wait for her to find out about it and she replied quickly enough with the access code. « Several things were not what was expected. Most notably was ants all over the kitchen counters and sink. And very damp towels folded in the bathroom. The towels had clearly not been dried enough and were presented as if useable for morning showers. But we came to find them wet and smelly. We didn’t have time to dry them so we had to use what we could. Finally the beds were in terrible condition that sank into the middle of the- it was a very unpleasant night sleep. »
