"Everything was perfect. The breakfast was amazing with such a big variety of food, fresh produce and great drinks with all different milk options. Dinner was amazing too - big portions and great selection of drinks and wine. Very friendly staff throughout and always helpful. The whole hotel was very clean and we felt super secure and welcomed at all times. The exchange via WhatsApp with the hotel team was amazing and really helpful. Quick response times. We especially loved the weekly schedule with fun activities such as star gazing or a wine tasting."

"Overall it was a good vacation. The hotel is very big, with a lot of different pools, also some for smaller kids. But it was very difficult to find a place near the pools, as most of the guests were reserving them since very early in the morning, although it is written that it is not allowed, and the stuff will remove the towels if there is noone using them, but i never saw anyone doing that. So mostly we were left with no seats or bad ones without an umbrella (if we were lucky). The ground of the pools is old, a lot of broken tiles, and all of us had wounds on our feet. The beach is good, all sand but very wavy. So with smaller kids it is not so convenient. The food was good, although you can notice that mostly it is the same food everyday. Do not take water in the restaurant, it is very bad, it tastes weird. There is a snack station by the main pool. The entertainment in the evening is not good. There are days when they do small shows on a stage , which is very basic. There is a singer in this shows that is terrible, and she sings on top the real song playing in the background, she is terrible and it is better that she does not sing. My kids didn't participate in any children activities, so i cannot comment on that, but from our previous experiences in other hotels, where those activities were advertised in a better way and the entertainers were attracting the kids to participate, here there is nothing so kids didn't even have interest to check out."

"Mega freundlicher Empfang - immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Essen - große Auswahl und köstlich. Zimmer schön und groß genug. Kinderanimation super. Sauberkeit puhhh - die Gläser sind milchig und wenn man Pech hat noch Lippenstiftreste vorhanden. Die Putzfrauen machen das Bett und wischen den Boden, der Rest wird übersehen. "
