Bright one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor (lift) in the centre of Nerja, a 5-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa and 5-10 minutes from the beaches. Balcony with table and chairs and a side view of the sea over the neighbouring rooftops. Sleeps up to 4: double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, best for a couple or 2 adults + 2 children. Separate kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning, fast WiFi and a desk. Please note: no pool in the building. Public car park nearby.



The Space:

Bedroom: a quiet room with a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and ceiling fan.



Living room: sofa bed for two more guests, TV, dining table and a small desk for working. Air conditioning.



Balcony: furnished with a table and two chairs; you see the neighbouring buildings and, to one side, the sea and the palm trees of the seafront.



Kitchen: separate and fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.



Bathroom: modern, with a walk-in shower.



Building: lift to the 3rd floor. There is no swimming pool in the building; the beach is a 5-10 minute walk.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours: bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, separate kitchen and the balcony. Lift to the 3rd floor. No pool in the building.

Getting Around:

Getting around Nerja is easy! The apartment is conveniently located near public transport options. The nearest bus stop is a short walk away, providing access to local destinations and connections to other towns along the Costa del Sol. For those arriving by car, street parking is available, though it can be limited, especially during peak season. Consider utilizing nearby public parking garages for guaranteed spaces. The apartment's central location also makes it easily accessible by taxi. The Malaga Airport (AGP) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Consider pre-booking a private transfer or utilizing the airport bus service for a smooth journey to Nerja. From the apartment, you can also easily walk to many of Nerja's attractions.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.



Sleeping: double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is comfortable for children or a short stay; for two couples we recommend booking as 2 guests plus a second apartment.



Parking: street parking is scarce in summer; the nearest public car park is a few minutes' walk. Quiet hours in the building from 22:00 to 09:00. No smoking indoors, no pets. There is no swimming pool.
