I’d like to begin with the most pressing issue. After checking out, we realized we had accidentally left a Yeti Tupperware container in the mini fridge. When we contacted the property to inquire about it, we were informed that the item was no longer there and that they were unable to identify who had cleaned or serviced the room.
What’s concerning is that several items were left in the fridge: an unopened can of Coke Zero, an unopened can of Monster Energy, an open container of cheese, a container of pickles, some ice cream, and the Yeti Tupperware. When staff checked, the Coke, the energy drink, and the Tupperware were missing—while everything else remained. This strongly suggests that someone took those specific items.
Additionally, we encountered a few maintenance issues during our stay:
• The toilet was clogged upon arrival.
• The shower had very low water pressure.
• There was a persistent unpleasant smell on the first floor.
We hope these concerns are addressed appropriately, as they significantly impacted our experience.
