River Trip

Loved the rental & location. Amenities were good and had all we needed for our stay. Enjoyed sitting in the top deck for coffee each morning & looking at the river. Only reconditions I would make is that several blinds didn’t work (the piece that turns the blinds was either broke or missing). Also, the property gate was always open which was a concern. One of the reasons we booked this rental was because it was listed as a gated community which was what we wanted with a group of girlfriends.

Great location and house!!

Loved our stay here. We had 14 young adults and had plenty of space! Located right on the river and next door to tube rentals made floating a breeze! Property manager was very helpful and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay again, only critique is the pillows/blankets/sheets on the bed could definitely use an upgrade.

Great 2nd Stay!

This is the 2nd time we have booked and stayed at this property. It was just as great as the 1st time! Bambi is an excellent host and super fast communicator. Her property was super clean and very spacious for the 10 of us. Everything that's in the description is what you get. The location can't be beat! Looking forward to my 3rd stay at this property!

Annual River trip

This property is a great place to stay when you are looking for time at the river. It is very clean, roomy, in a great location, and the property host was wonderful to communicate with. Will definitely rent again!!!

Always a blast!

This is the second time we stayed in the Villas. We rented both Villa #1 and #2 because we have a large group of friends. The Villa was exactly as described and always very clean. Bambi is a fantastic host and communicates very well. She responds quickly if you ever need her for anything. I would highly recommend staying here and will do it again. Thanks!

Weekend getaway

Our stay was fantastic!! The house was facing the water, clean, organized, and everything was labeled with great instructions. The downstairs kitchen was a bonus!! The property owner was a 10 with communication from booking to check out. Very responsive. We have stayed at this complex before but this house is our favorite. Great for family/friends.

Amazing trip!

We all have nothing but positive things to say about this place! Everything was exactly as expected. Our host Bambi was amazing and replied very quickly to all messages! We were a group of 14 adults and there was more than enough room! We would all highly recommend and look forward to going back next year!

Golf Trip River Float perfection

Thankful for my family gathering!

We had a great time and enjoyed the house along with the out door scenery. My son's enjoyed the fly fishing at the river this year. This was our third year on this property (different house ... same property). ❤

Gruene Wedding

We were in town for a wedding and it was so much easier to spend time with family including getting ready at the house instead of a hotel. River View and easy access. Large common area and very clean. It should be noted the downstairs bedroom is not accessible thru the main floor (in case you intend to put kids there), but you do not feel like you are removed from the main floor. The downstairs has a nice outdoor kitchen and bar making it perfect for entertaining. We would definetly use this property again.

Epic Weekend

We were beyond impressed with this setup! Beautiful house with everything we needed to enjoy a guys trip on the river. The downstairs second kitchen was awesome and we really enjoyed all the other guests in the community. The river access was great and we had no issues floating down to Lone Star.

Amazing

The picture do not do this cabin justice. This property was absolutely perfect for our group. We could sit on the either of decks and watch the river with our morning coffee. Then when everyone was up it was just a few steps down to the river to take a nice soak. Loved our stay and plan to do it again next summer.

Great Property to stay at. Right in the River.

Property is clean and right in the river. The outdoor kitchen makes your trip great. One drawback was the bedrooms were hot compared to the kitchen and living room.

Fabulous House and Location

Our group was sooo pleased with this house! 5 Moms with 6 teen boys. The pictures do not do it justice! Nice finishes throughout this home. Amazing bathrooms, huge kitchen, second outdoor kitchen on bottom floor that has doors to open up to outdoors. Plenty of beds! Cold ac for this horrible Texas heat, and 2 levels of out door seating! The best is that it over looks the Guadalupe River with easy access from the property to get into the river! You will not be disappointed if you rent this house. Will rent again! Highly recommend!

Great place!

This was our 3rd time at this property. We always enjoy this place. Our only complaint is, the bunk beds need bunkie boards or plywood, anything to support the mattresses. A few of the adults slept in the living room on the couches because they could feel the slats/boards and were very uncomfortable. I would invest in some type of support for the beds. Other than that, we love this place and will continue renting it!

Great Family Summer Getaway

Loved the property and the location right on the river. Had everything we needed and then some. Love the outdoor areas as well. The only downside, which is no fault of the owner who happened to be absolutely amazing, is if you get stuck with really loud neighbors like we did for one of the nights we were there. The houses are literally a few feet apart from each other so it can get really annoying. I only mention this because if you have small children who nap during the day and/or you or anyone in your group are light sleepers, you may want to take that in to consideration. They provide a box fan and oscillating fan so that helped to drown out some of the late-night noise. Other than that, it’s a great property in the perfect location and I would most definitely recommend it for large groups wanting a clean place with plenty of room to entertain right on the river! Thank you Bambi for being so awesome to work with!
