À propos de cet hébergement

Beautiful New Orleans Shotgun Home 7 mins to FQ

  • **Peace and Tranquility. New Orleans Historic Shotgun home walking distance to the Canal Street Street Car in a peaceful Historic Neighborhood! This is a Shotgun home so you must walk through bedrooms.

    ** Note **
There is street work going on by the city so parking will be difficult because we only provide stret parking. Estimated time for the work to be completed is 45 days.

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

NOTE: Due to a last minute issue, we ended up staying in another property. Management contacted us, set us up to stay a larger space that still fit our needs, and made sure we had all of the information we needed. I can't comment on the particular property, but we were happy.

This place was clean and there was enough room for 6 adults. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is there was nowhere in the house for all of us to sit down and eat together unless we went outside to the patio.

Great Stay

It was just a quick over night with 6 adults following a comedy show. Clean place in a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to all that NOLA has to offer.

Property is beautiful. Parking was definitely not in front of house but we go lucky to have a spot little way from it instead of a block away. But nothing to give bad scoring

Give the Shotgun Style a shot.

The owner(s) of this property genuinely care about their customers and the house. It was easy to stay at this location, and fairly easy to travel and rest. The neighborhood appears to be undergoing some changes or improvements; however, it was not disruptive. This house is roomy and somewhat charming.

New Orleans visit

Shot gun duplex in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. We had to park down the street since it's in a neighborhood with no driveways but that wasn't a problem. Very clean and efficient with a surprise private courtyard in the back. True New Orleans experience.

There was trash on the porch when we arrived, not that they could control if someone walked past and left something on the porch but not pleasant to come up to. House is so fun and beautiful! The host messages A LOT! There are pros and cons to that but I guess a could spin is they are responsive.
