North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here. This home is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks, including Jackson Sqaure (2.1 Miles), Caesar's Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.0 Miles), The National WWII Museum (2.9 Miles), and City Park (4.0 Miles).

Natural light fills this spacious Mid-City home, where modern design meets comfort and relaxation. Gather with friends or family in open living spaces, unwind on the balcony, or enjoy evenings around the fire pit in your private backyard oasis. The home’s thoughtful layout and amenities make it easy to settle in and savor your New Orleans stay.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide restful retreats for up to ten guests. Four bedrooms feature king beds with plush linens, while the fifth offers two single beds—ideal for families or groups. Three full bathrooms, including private and Jack-and-Jill options, plus a convenient half bath, ensure everyone has space and privacy.

Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Frigidaire electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, and all the cooking basics you need. Gather around the dining table for shared meals or enjoy coffee at the breakfast bar. Wine glasses and baking sheets are provided for special occasions or casual nights in.

Outdoor living
Step onto the private balcony for morning coffee or relax in the fully fenced backyard. The outdoor space features a fire pit, BBQ grill, dining area, and cornhole—perfect for unwinding after exploring the city or before heading to the nearby parades. Outdoor furniture invites you to linger and enjoy the fresh air.

Comfort & convenience
Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the home. A dedicated workspace is available for remote work or planning your adventures. Central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades keep you comfortable year-round. Essentials like a washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, and cleaning products are provided for your convenience.

Traveling with little ones? A pack ’n play/travel crib and high chair are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations can be provided.

Trader Joe’s is nearby, and you’re just steps from the Endymion parade route and streetcar, with the French Quarter only minutes away. The location is ideal for festival stays and exploring all that New Orleans has to offer.
