„I had a week long business trip in FL and when hotels get tiresome I like to stay at VRBO. This was the perfect place for two days in Safety Harbor. (Would be good for longer stays too just mine was two days). It was right in safety harbor so I could walk to dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Yet it was very quiet calm neighborhood. Christine was clear on communicating with me how to enter and where to park. It’s a lovely location and I will definitely be back. “

„Overall the stay was fine. Beautiful property, nice neighborhood, we had two issues, the first and most important issue we had was with the Security Deposit. It wasnt in the upfront cost. The deposit was requested about a week before the trip. So we had no idea how much was needed until then, i have no problem paying the deposit. The problem was not knowing the amount upfront. „The property was beautiful, very clean and had all described amenities. However, for a house that sleeps up to 22 people there was very minimal necessities, for example; no oven mits, zero extra towels/blankets/pillows, not enough plates/cutlery. No kitchen towels. I believe this is a newer listing so overall this property was great and worth the money but a 50 run to the dollar store would definitely make a difference. “

„The location is nice an quiet and in a safe area. This was a GREAT value, but note some things in the comment for improvements. The home is clean, relatively updated and spacious for 2 people. Neighbors were quiet and working folks in the cul du sac. The items that could be improved to make a stay perfect: 1) Some sort of instruction booklet on expectations, things in the area, check out times, how run furnance/ac, etc... There was password to access wi-fi on table, which was about it. 2) ...

„We had a blast here. The owner, Gary, was very nice and walked us through the house's features. Its very spacious and has many amenities, one being the indoor pool and spa which was perfect after the vacation activities. We loved it and had a great time. We will definitely be back! “

„This house has a multitude of amenities. I highly recommend this house if you have teenagers. A lot to do without leaving the home. The pool is very well kept and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the shade or in the sun. The pool table kept the girls occupied many nights as well. All the rooms are spacious and the towels/linens are plentiful. A large dining room table is great and conveniently located off the large kitchen with updated appliances. "Sehr gute Lage in Clearwater. Direkt am Pier. Sonnenschirm und zwei Stühle am Strand inklusive. Frühstück 25$ für Erwachsene und 15$ für Kinder. Pool ist etwas klein aber bis nach Mitternacht geöffnet. Leider nur Valet Parken aber dafür sehr zügig und alles über eTip möglich. "

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist erstklassig – besser geht es kaum. Allerdings ist der Preis von über 600 Dollar pro Nacht aus unserer Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt, insbesondere in Relation zum gebotenen Service. Ein Kritikpunkt: Externe Gäste wurden erst nach unserer Meldung an das Hotelpersonal vom Hotelgelände respektive Pool verwiesen, obwohl Hotelgäste eindeutig an einem Armband zu erkennen sind. Hier wäre eine proaktivere Kontrolle wünschenswert. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die exzellente Küche und die Bar. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut – und das Personal ist durchweg äusserst freundlich und aufmerksam. *** This was our second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – truly hard to beat. However, the rate of over 600 Dollar per night does not reflect the level of service provided and feels overpriced. One point of criticism: Non-hotel guests were only asked to leave after we reported them to staff, even though hotel guests can be clearly identified by their wristbands. A more proactive approach would be appreciated. On a positive note, the restaurant and bar are outstanding. The price-performance ratio here is excellent, and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive."
