The Hotel Arlo SoHo is maybe a little bit too close to the Holland Tunnel, so especially on saturdays it is very loud because of honking cars. Instead of this, we had a very nice trip there and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The connection to the subway number 1, canal street, is very good and with a metro card you can reach for e.g. central park or times square in just a few minutes. All in all, we are missing New York City and would come back!

Lage super toll. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war nicht praktisch eingerichtet, def nur für kurztrip geeignet und vom Badezimmer hat es nicht gut gerochen und die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Haben gebeten das Bad gründlicher zu reinigen- bemerkten keinen unterschied.

uncomplicated handling in the house, clean, modern and nicely furnished, great roof terrace, great terrace at the room, good location. Very loud and not switchable ventilation system (not the air conditioner) in the room. A few technical deficiencies in the room, some of which were still fixed. All in all a very positive overall impression, will gladly come back, will and have already recommended it to others.

Das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr schön. Nur die Zimmer sind sehr klein, es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank und kein getrenntes Bad. Die Toilette ist nur durch eine wackelige Glastüre vom Zimmer abgetrennt.

Really recommend this hotel!
Arlo Soho has a great location on lower Manhattan with walking distance to lovely Meatpacking District, Soho, Nolita, West Village… lots of restaurants and shops nearby. For excursions closer located to Central Park or Broadway, the subway is super close and easy. The staff at Arlo is also really friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but has everything needed and feels fresh and modern. Very comfortable beds!

Unfortunately we did not have a positive experience at Arlo SoHo. Our room had a clogged sink, a clogged shower which flooded the washroom, I had to ask multiple times to have room cleaned, when they finally came at 6pm they left only one clean bath towel (even though we left the dirty ones on the ground as requested). Telephone didn’t work, HVAC didn’t work (had to sleep with window open because room was 80 degrees). When checking-out front desk said they wouldn’t charge me for facilities fees. Hoping that they honour that. On a positive note, the breakfast included was a perk and location is good.

The rooms are too noisy and extremely small even for NYC. This hotel is only good for one or two nights maximum. The noise from the street and rooftop bar is terrible. Very difficult to sleep. The traffic around the hotel is awful since it is very close to the entrance of Holland Tunnel. There are no amenities (water, coffee) in the room probably because nothing fits. You expect a lot more from a 4-star hotel at this price.

Arlo Soho is a friendly and convenient hotel on Hudson Street - a nice walking distance to Whitney Museum, High Line, and many great restaurants. Staff members are always cordial and helpful.

Arlo Soho was perfectly located for soho, Chelsea and the financial district, as well as some great restaurants and bars. The hotels rooftop bar has a perfect view of the One World Trade Building and a great selection of cocktails - the margarita was a personal fav. The hotel was clean and although small, the room was comfy. The staff were super helpful and really friendly. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

While the hotel's trendy aesthetic was appealing, the functionality of the room left much to be desired. The sink in our room was clogged and wouldn't drain properly. The room itself was incredibly small, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. Additionally, we found it challenging to regulate the temperature in the room, which made it uncomfortable throughout our stay.
