We had a great stay and the host was incredibly accommodating. When the coffee pot wasn’t working, they had a replacement delivered the very same night. We were also short on pillows, and those were delivered promptly as well. On top of that, a storm delayed our flight to a later time, and the host graciously honored a late checkout so we didn’t have to store our luggage elsewhere — which we truly appreciated.The only thing worth noting for future guests is that there is no elevator at the property. We were on the top floor and had to climb three flights of stairs with our luggage, so this is something that should be mentioned in the listing details. Overall, the service and responsiveness were excellent, and we would absolutely give this property 5 stars.
