Die Lage zum Time Square ist super ... Zentral in Manhatten gelegen. Leider waren die Lüftergeräusche der angrenzenden Häusern die ganze Zeit hindurch sehr laut (Premiumzimmer mit 2 Queen-Betten). Trotz der geschlossenen Fenster.

Erstklassiges Hotel für New York Touristen, die Lage 50 m vom Times Square und der zugehörigen Subway Haltestelle entfernt ist erstklassig, trotzdem bekommt man vom Strassenlärm im Zimmer nichts mit. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren klein, wir konnten jedoch unser Gepäck für eine Woche problemlos unterbringen. Das Zimmer und das Hotel sind in gutem Zustand und einwandfrei in Ordnung (Sauberkeit). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, kundenorientiert und hilfsbereit in jeder Situation. Kontinentales Frühstück, "Happy Hour" von 17-20 h, Mineralwasser und rund um die Uhr Kaffee/Teeservice waren im Preis inbegriffen und sind ein Extra, das das Casablanca von anderen Hotels positiv unterscheidet. Wir empfehlen das Casablanca gerne weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Eine ruhige Oase im newyorker Chaos
Ganz besonderes Hotel im marokkanischen Stil. Ruhig obwohl nur 2 Gehminuten von Time Square. Personal einfach phantastisch und aufmerksam. Gutes Frühstück, Kaffee und Kekse rund um die Uhr, und Wein und Käse von 17-20 Uhr, alles inbegriffen! Kein Massentourismus sondern Stil und eine Einladung zur Gelassenheit.

Unerwarteter Service
Täglich Mineralwasser auf dem Zimmer; 24 Stunden Tee, Kaffee, Gebäck, Obst; von 15 - 20 Uhr zusätzlich Wein, Sekt, Käse, Gemüse mit Dip. Eine tolle Überraschung, da ich das nicht vorher wusste. Sehr nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Schönes Ambiente, ruhiges Zimmer (bis auf die knarrenden Dielen und teilweise die Klimaanlage, die man leider nicht regulieren kann - es war oft zu warm im Zimmer). Wir haben uns gerne in Ricks Café aufgehalten, wenn wir im Hotel waren und Zeit hatten. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, super zentral gelegen.

We really enjoyed the wonderful staff & friendliness! It was the best place we ever stayed at in nyc! The parking was right next door, we felt very safe there, Starbucks was right next door, & Times Square was right outside! Amazing place I highly recommend it!

Just steps away from Time Square but a quiet place to stay. I loved having a ceiling fan. The hotel is quaint. It is on the darker side but I liked coming off of Broadway into a quiet retreat. The second floor snacks were a plus along with Breakfast. And getting a discount on parking right beside the hotel was also a great deal. (But parking garage did up charge us $12 for a SUV) I would stay again.

Had a business trip that was right across the street so huge win! Staff was outstanding! Had issue with AC, repair person arrived in less than 5 min. Hot water was arguably the fastest to come online I have ever experienced. Room is small but full amenities (free water, slippers, robes, etc). AND.. breakfast was included and was actually on par with any hotel continental breakfast. No gym, no pool, other than that, can’t recommend this place highly enough!!

The Casablanca is now my new favorite hotel in NYC! Located in the heart of Time Square, you escape into a friendly, pretty, quiet safe haven! Perfect for walking to theaters and shopping! They have a beautiful room set up, complete with snacks, with two tvs. The Continental Breakfast is also easy to access! Coffee is delicious! I highly recommend this hotel and will bbe back! Oh…front desk and doormen were fabulous and so helpful! Lived the Casablanca!!!

This is my fourth or fifth stay at the Casablanca, and each time I’m reminded why it’s my favorite hotel in New York City. If you’re a theater lover, the location can’t be beat, the service is impeccable, and the included continental breakfast and 24-hour drinks and snacks make the resort fee of $25 per person per day well worth it. We will be returning again and again!

Loved our stay in the Casablanca-right in the heart of the Times Square district, walkable to both Penn Station and our Broadway theater, but it's feels like an oasis. Rooms were lovely and very clean. LOVED Rick's Cafe, open 24 hours with a fireplace, lots of seating, and gratis snacks like chips, fruit, health bars, sodas, coffee & tea. Included Continental breakfast in the same space was fine. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Will stay there again!

The 2nd floor lounge and continental breakfast rooms are lovely and a true gem. While the guest room was fairly small and a bit dark (I was on the back of the building — no view but very quiet), the availability of the lounge more than made up for that. And the staff is outstanding. Best I’ve encountered at any New York hotel.

Excellent staff! Really impressed with their dedication and professionalism in their job. Everyone we encountered were very impressive and accommodating. Comfortable beds and great breakfast included with room. If I could find anything to suggest it could be that it’s time for a fluff of the furnishings and while all you need is available for the asking ~coffee, tea, ice are not in the rooms. Otherwise it was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again. Convenient to theaters and restaurants.

Home at Times Square
This hotel is like staying with friends without the awkward inconveniences for them and you. Prime location in Times Square, incredible service and amenities. Very helpful and accommodating staff. This is the only hotel to stay at in New York hands down

A perfect stay in New York City from the moment we arrived. Convenient parking garage right next door with hotel validation provided a nice savings. The friendly staff greeted us and were so helpful to us throughout our stay. We enjoyed our breakfast by the fireplace each morning. The hotel’s location is perfect to see a broadway show and enjoy Times Square. We will definitely be back!
