Die Lage des Hotels ist herausragend. Es gehört zum Stadtbild und dem Theaterbereich einfach dazu! Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Wir wohnen immer gerne dort!
Wir haben ein entsprechend unserer Buchung großes Zimmer gehabt. Es war zwar mit einem Fenster zum Hinterhof, dafür aber ruhig. Service und Sauberkeit vom Zimmer konnte man nicht kritisieren. Sollten wir nochmals nach NYC kommen, werden wir hier wieder einkehren.
TOP Lage Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
Ich war zum vierten Mal im ROW, es ist nah am Times Square, gemütliche Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Die 8 Aufzüge können nur von aussen gerufen werden, manchmal funktioniert die Koordination nicht, dann stehen viele Gäste vor einem übervollen Aufzug, die anderen laufen leer durch die Gegend. Ich habe mich bei der Rezeption beschwert und tatsächlich waren am nächsten Tag Monteure vor Ort und haben die Programmierung überprüft. Gäste und ihre Beschwerden werden also ernst genommen
