Das Hotelzimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Nachts war es leider extrem kalt, da die Heizung zentral gesteuert wird und man sie somit selbst nicht einstellen kann. In der Kochnische war lediglich eine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Keine Gläser, Besteck oder Ähnliches. In 3 Minuten war man am Times Square zu fuß. Die Lage war top.
Zimmer war sehr kalt und Zugluft besonders an den Fenstern. Lage des Hotels war optimal. Personal freundlich und bemüht, die Mängel zu beseitigen.
Die heizung war sehr laut und hat nicht richtig geheizt. Die fenster waren undicht, es hat gezogen. Die bettdecken waren ein witz, nicht gerade wintertauglich. Es gab einen kühlschrank und eine mikrowelle im zimmer, eine kaffeemaschine wäre aber von vorteil gewesen, da das frühstück in new york sehr teuer ist und so könnte man sich diese mahlzeit ersparen.
