Was very impressed by the property. Absolutely beautiful house that now has my wife wanting me to match some ideas from the cabin. Very well stocked from linens to kitchen utensils which is always appreciated. Not a negative thing to say about my stay. 5 stars.

The property was gorgeous. Loved everything about the place. Of all years we’ve come to Lake Sunnapee, I’ve never stayed in a house like this. This is a property I’d definitely rent again. The owners are extremely nice.

We rented the cabin for a family wedding at Mt Sunapee. I have been coming to Sunapee most of my life and love the aera. This house was so cozy and decorated so nice. My only dislike would be that there was no AC in the main part of the house and it was very hot. But other than that it was perfect.

Fantastic Home

We loved our stay. The house is newly built with the finest details. All the amenities you would want in a vacation home. It was very clean and cozy. 10 minutes away from Mt Sunapee. Everything was absolutely fantastic!

Beautiful cabin in great location!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway to Marc and Lisa’s cabin with our 3 children. The proximity to Sunapee was perfect and we had lots of privacy with the cabin being set back in the woods. The cabin was gorgeous, the woodwork and radiant floors were the icing on the cake. Everything we needed was there (board games, cards, paper and markers for kids, etc). All in all it was a great space and we hope to be back someday.

A Perfect Replacement for Our Beloved Family Place

When our family's beloved vacation spot was sold, we needed a new place to create lasting memories, and this cabin absolutely delivered! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how cozy and inviting it felt. The interior was beautifully decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean and seemingly brand new. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook delicious meals together.The location was simply perfect – tucked away in a peaceful setting, yet close enough to all the activities we enjoy. The cabin itself was incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space for our entire family to relax and unwind.Honestly, this cabin made our trip complete. It was the perfect replacement for our old family place, and we already can't wait to return.

Beautiful Cottage in Newbury near Lake Sunapee

Nice cottage 5 minutes from Newbury beach on Lake Sunapee. Ample parking space for a couple of cars. Nestled in a wooded area. Quiet and comfortable. Very clean and inviting. Bathrooms were modern and extremely clean. Hannaford grocery is 6 miles out. Wifi worked flawlessly. Sunapee Ski Resort is 15 minutes away. Overall, great experience. Excellent 4 season rental for 6.

Working vacation while participating in the League of NH Craftsman’s Fair

What a treat this house was! New, immaculate, fully appointed, beautiful, quiet, close to where we were going. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds, wonderful covered deck to relax on. The owners responded promptly when I reached out. We would be very happy staying there again!

Awesome Cabin

We stayed for a long weekend at this wonderful property and have nothing but great things to say about the cabin. It appears to have been recently constructed, so everything is exceptionally clean. The interior is thoughtfully designed with wonderful little touches. The kitchen is large and very functional. It is also perfectly stocked. We cook a lot when we travel, so this was quite important to us. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable (good beds and linens). The location suited us very nicely. New London and Lake Sunapee (and Mt. Sunapee) are a short drive. It is also a short walk to Chalk Pond. We really enjoyed the many trails nearby. The Fells is a not to be missed property just down the road. We are hoping to return sometime this summer.

Fabulous place to stay!

This home was lovely, so clean, so cozy. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. I absolutely will be staying here again in the future! My partner and I are picky with our mattresses and they were super comfortable and clean.

Wonderful family getaway

Our family had a fabulous long weekend away at this cozy cottage nestled in the woods. The home is so comfortably built with everything you could need. The kids loved the many board games, books, big yard and sled for the freshly fallen snow. The kitchen had everything we needed for multiple yum meals and opened up nicely to the dining and living space. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the heating and fire were so cozy and the WiFi was great. We truly enjoyed this special place and hope to come back in other seasons as well. The skiing at Sunapee is very close and a great mountain. We also went into New London and enjoyed the restaurants and shopping. You can tell that this new build home was very thoughtfully put together and the owners are very responsive and caring. Thank you again Lisa and Marc for sharing your lovely home!

Amazing Cottage
