« The house was very well equipped and met all our needs. Very good communications with William. He made sure that every that everything was okay.. Very good location to attractions and activities in the area. We were there to go to the Scottish games at Grandfather Mountain. The shuttle service was just at the bottom of the mountain and couldn’t be easier. »

« Several items unsafe- sliding glass door lock broken, receptacle plate missing; wires hanging; post on railing on 2nd floor deck missing (our golden retriever could fit through - no question dangerous) Outside could use some TLC; inside was nice. »

« The property was unkempt, very dirty. There were 2 window units for a 3 story 5 bedroom unit which in no way is adequate. The hot tub had not been serviced in a while. There was “ gunk” and debris clinging to the filter. Grill grate was broken, the other had chunks of old food on it. Silverware drawer was full of crumbs ( we assumed that’s is what it was) carpets were filthy. There were several fans in the house, but they were covered in dust. « The view from the back deck is absolutely AMAZING. My family had a wonderful long weekend at this house. The beds were comfortable and house had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to any questions or issue we had. Would stay here again. »

« Renting from this host has been a 100 percent positive experience for me! The home fit all our needs, as well as being quiet and well outfitted, the hot tub was a plus on many evenings. This was my first long term rental and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was managed by our host. « The property is located in Springmaid Mountain. Cell service is very spotty, and you cannot be guaranteed a signal. This made it difficult to access Vrbo for check-in instructions. There was an email with access to a website where you could click on a Check-in button where you would think would give you a code.
