„We have stayed in this property several times over the years, and truly have loved the condo and its location off Cleo ST. The property manager was excellent with helpful, friendly communication and very quick responsiveness to questions. The view and proximity to the beach cannot be beat. That said, sadly, the property seemed very worn down this time. „The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot.“

„The unit only had 2 beds. We had reserved space for 6 individuals. 2 of us had to sleep on the floor. The Units not good for Elderly- too many steps to the beach and a huge hike back up the 50 stairs to the unit. If you have a second Vehicle- you are out of luck. I was asked to park second vehicle near by as per management for a fee but was asked to move several times which was a huge inconvenience.
