Overlook was fantastic and the four bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated our large group of 3 couples, 2 teens, and a child. Check in and check out were easy. The house was open and bright and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring nye beach. The kitchen was fully loaded with nice appliances, including a wine fridge and two dishwashers, and plenty of dishes and glasses so we could enjoy ourselves instead of constantly doing dishes. The kids (and one of the adults) took full advantage of the air hockey and ping pong whenever we weren't out an about and it was so nice to have something for them to do that didn't involve a screen. The adults enjoyed winding down in the hot tub at the end of the day and the view from the deck was amazing. The neighbors we met, both vacationers and residents, were really friendly and we all fell in love with the neighbor cat, Felix, too.We are excited to visit again!

Beautiful home and the view is amazing the only thing is that we couldn’t figure out the ac how to make it work. Or if it even had one due the some coming in it does make a little extra warm when the sun is out.

Outstanding property!

This home exceeded our expectations! Plenty of space for all of us. 6 adults (ages 28 to 60) and a 10 yo. Had our 4th couple been able to come, we still would have had lots of room. The open kitchen and living space is great, with plenty of seating and an ocian view. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating with a huge island and updated appliances. The beds were comfortable (firm) and our grandson thought the built-in bunks were the coolest—along with having us play multiple games of air hockey in the garage. The bathrooms are as pictured, clean, updated and functional. The view is wonderful, it is walkable to Nye Beach and many cafes. We all agree, we’ll be staying here again!

Beautiful Overlook!

The house is beautiful and exactly as seen in the pictures. Great for 6 adults and two children. The location is great, walk to the beach and lots of shops and nice restaurants 1 block away. We’ll be back next year!

Group trip to Oregon Coast.

The property was unfortunately dirty on our arrival. All bath mats caked with hair and dirt. Floors with visible food and dirt as well. We spent our first hour cleaning the house. Trying to get through Vacasa’s chatbot to a real human was difficult. They eventually credited us 5% of the rental fee for our work. Location is great and home is large, just needs new blinds and bath towels and a good cleaning.

We love this house but it is showing wear.

We love the location and layout of this house. It is perfect for our family gatherings. On this visit we are noticing its furnishings are showing a lot of wear and tear. It is not as comfortable as it used to be. The house could use new mattresses, couches, reclining chairs, barstools, and even towels. We also like to do a lot of cooking when we visit. Basic cookware was missing, old, or not in great shape (baking sheets, bowls, utensils, measuring cups/spoons). These things could really use a refresh! Would love to come back again if things get updated.

Wonderful family vacation home

We loved the layout and spaciousness of this home. The views and sounds of ocean were breathtaking from the house! We loved the proximity to the ocean and town shops. The motif and debit add to the coziness of this beautiful home. We will consider staying here again, unfortunately, the main floor tv never connected and the fireplace wouldn't turn on. The beds are tolerable, but not the comfiest. Also, the home is surface clean, but in need of a good deep clean. connected, the fire

I wanted to Love this house

The house is wonderful with a great view, layout and the kitchen is amazing. wonderful for families and or small groups. We really loved it until we tried to sleep. The bed in the "driftwood beach" bedroom is so hard its like sleeping on the floor it needs a quality pillowtop mattress installed , so then we tried the king bed in the bunk room which was a little better but still needs a mattress topper. If we could have gotten a good nights sleep this house would be a 10 as everything else is perfect.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view

Our family has a sibling (and mate) reunion at the beach every September. This was where the seven of us stayed this year. We loved the place. Everything was very clean and we had a great view of the ocean. The house provided everything we needed--lovely king-sized beds, great showers (and a separate bathroom for each bedroom--two of them in-suite), a huge kitchen fully stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots, cookie sheets, even a nice griddle. It even has two separate sinks and two dishwashers. And a number of cooking staples in the cupboard. And all essentials such as soap, shampoo, paper towels, etc. provided. The only negative for older people (Some of us have bad knees and such) is the location with a quarter mile walk, including a short stretch of steep road, to get down to the ocean. But you can always drive down to the beach parking lot. We enjoyed our stay here greatly and hope to return next year.

Beautiful Home

This beautiful home was comforting, exciting, magical, and had everything we needed. There were activities for all ages and plenty of space to be together. The location was perfect and the view of the ocean brought our whole trip together perfectly.

House fit all of our needs and then some

This was our first stay at this house, and it could not have been better. Our trip consisted of 7 adults, four of which were our young adult children and their significant others and at no time did we feel crowded. We loved the large open living space upstairs that included the large dining table as well as the oversized island. We were able to have places to play games, put together puzzles and still have space for eating. The four kings sized beds as well as four bathrooms allowed everyone to have the personal space they needed. The hot tub and game room on the lower level were also enjoyed by all. The location in the heart of nye beach could not have been better, allowing for easy walks to the beach, restaurants and shops. We found the property manager to be very responsive and helpful when we had a minor issue with the remote not working for one of the tv's. We had a new remote by the next day. We enjoyed the house and our stay so much that we were planning our next stay before we had even finished the first.
