  • Diese wunderschöne Hütte liegt privat auf über 7 Hektar Land am herrlichen Pend Orielle River mit 80 km Bootswasser! Ein unglaublicher und einzigartiger Rückzugsort zu jeder Jahreszeit! 2018 wurde es umfassend renoviert. Perfekt gelegen für Mehrfamilienurlaube, lustige Rückzugsorte für Damen, Jagd- und Angeltouren, tolle Skiwochenenden, Schneemobiltouren und private Familienausflüge! Bringen Sie Ihre Boote und Wasserspielzeug mit und genießen Sie einen 300 Meter langen, schönen Sandstrand mit einer Feuerstelle und einem Dock. (* Der Sandstrand ist von April bis Mitte Juni vorübergehend von Hochwasser bedeckt. *) Der öffentliche Start muss nicht gestört werden, da sich auf dem Grundstück ein privater Bootsanleger befindet! Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge und Bootsanhänger. Ein ebener, 1 Hektar großer, parkähnlicher Rasen ist ideal für Spiele im Freien. Die Lage kann NICHT übertroffen werden. Die Hütte ist nur wenige Minuten vom Colville National Forest entfernt, wo Sie herrliche Wanderungen und Erkundungen unternehmen können, 15 Minuten von der beliebten Stadt Newport mit Restaurants und Lebensmitteleinkäufen, 30 Minuten bis 49 Grad Nordskigebiet, 45 Minuten zu fantastischen Sandpoint-Restaurants, eine Stunde bis Schweitzer Ski Resort, eine Stunde zum Silverwood Theme Park und eine Stunde nach Spokane! Sie könnten wochenlang bleiben und haben nie die Möglichkeit, Orte zu erkunden und Aktivitäten auszuprobieren! Eine schöne Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und Kochutensilien bestückt und auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein großer Weber-Gasgrill. Gerne können Sie die sechs Kajaks der Unterkunft, zwei Paddleboards, Outdoor-Loungemöbel, einen Whirlpool (gegen Gebühr), Brett- und Kartenspiele, ein Volleyballnetz, über 20 Schwimmwesten, Badetücher, zwei Fernseher mit Apple-TV und schnell nutzen , zuverlässiges Glasfaser-Internet mit Wifi. We had an amazing time! During our stay, we had warm sunny days and cold raining days, and we never got bored. The cabin was so well thought out and stocked with everything we could need for all ages. My girls loved playing with the kids kitchen and dollhouse downstairs, jumping on the trampoline, swinging in the hammock, and warming up in the hot tub. Nichole was the absolute sweetest and extremely easy to work with. This was by far our best rental experience!

Can we just stay here forever?

There just isn't a way to put into words what this beautiful 'cabin' does for the soul--and the property owners, Steve and Nicole, are just as amazing! Our group has a tradition of finding new, fun, unique places and after staying here, we will look no further. Book it, you won't find better!

Beautifully modernized cabin with perfectly curated design to make it feel cozy with modern amenities. The location was fantastic with gorgeous views of the river. This was such a wonderful place for our extended family to gather as we celebrated our mom’s life. Nicole could not have been a more supportive during our stay. Looking forward to coming back for a summer family reunion.

Bear Paw Cabin was the perfect place for our family of 10, ages 9-74, to gather for a week long 70th birthday celebration. It exceeded the descriptions and photos in every way. The attention to detail and to the guests comfort is amazing. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you might possibly need or want. Our host cheerfully and speedily answered each and every question I had, and I had a LOT of them. They bent over backwards to make for our stay perfect… and it was.If you book this gem of a place you will be thrilled. It’s got it all…and more. We made some amazing family memories here. Thank you sooo much to the Dixson’s. What a sweet place!

Peaceful, waterfront perfection!

The property is well appointed and extremely clean. Our group was visiting from TN and this was the perfect home base for our Washington adventure! Nichole was easy to communicate with and so helpful with tips for our stay. We are hoping to be able to return when the weather is warmer to explore the mountains more! One of the best VRBO's we have ever stayed in!!!

A little slice of heaven

I booked this cabin for a retreat/getaway for my staff that had put in over 20 years of service. The cabin had such a sense of calm, the long stretch of green grass allowed for an amazing morning workout with a great view. There was a place for everyone to escape to find their own quite time. This is the first vrbo that I’ve rented where the owner has personally reached out to me with cabin instructions along with a couple other communications to verify if everything was going ok. It was a very welcoming touch. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Thank you Nichole for providing such a great place to escape to.

A piece of heaven!

If you want to disconnect and enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. Wake up to see turkeys running around the garden.. enjoy the AMAZING view of the place.. and jump into the frozen lake to come back and enjoy the hot tub. The cabin is perfectly equipped, it has everything you need. The place is cozy and you feel like home. It is beautiful and I would return without hesitation. Bonus: we saw a couple of bald eagles on the other side of the lake when we kayaked, it was magical! :) :) :)

Bear Paw Cabin

Our stay at the Bear Paw Cabin was fabulous! The cabin is very neat and tidy and is so well equipped with any and all things you may need. Nicole and Steve were very gracious and helpful hosts! It's riverfront, country location is very scenic, romantic and relaxing. We hope to come back to enjoy this lovely property in the future. A little slice of heaven

Our stay at Bear Paw Cabin was exceptional in every way! Nicole and Steve were so wonderful to work with and we felt so welcome and taken care of. The cabin is as gorgeous as the pictures and the views from the cabin are spectacular. Out kids loved having the bunk room to themselves and we appreciated them having a space to play and spread out. Plus, with some extreme heat this week, the basement was a cool and inviting retreat! We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, the well stocked beach (Stand up paddle boards, canoes and kayaks ), and all the outdoor play equipment for the kiddos. I would highly recommend Bear Paw Cabin and we certainly hope to return.

Everything from the decor to the accommodations were perfection at this cabin! It was truly everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, towels, toiletries, beach towels, kayaks, paddle boards, a stunning backyard with multiple areas to relax, hammocks, a treehouse and playground for the kids, a trampoline, there really was nothing more we could have asked for! Such a beautifully decorated cabin and perfect for all ages. We can’t wait to visit again. So peaceful and relaxing but with so much to do at the same time. Highly recommend!!

If you love attention to details this is the place. The owners have put so much thought into making this place comfortable, with many upscale amenities. Beautiful River Front Cabin

We are a group of friends who just spent a long weekend at The Bear Paw cabin. Words can not describe how special this place is. We have adults and kids with various ages in our group. Despite the rain, everyone had such a great time at the cabin. It is situated in a perfect private spot of land next to the mesmerizing Pend Oreille River. The place is so clean, organized, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a fun get away. We really enjoyed the kayaks, the big grassy lawn, and the fun outdoor activities set up in the huge yard. We caught some fish right on the river and saw so much wildlife. The cabin is beautifully decorated. Every corner is an Instagram shot. The owner has unique and impeccable style. I can see this place will only get more popular. Nicole is such a gracious and kind host. From the moment we booked the place to the end, she made us feel so welcoming and comfortable. She really set the standard high for hospitality. Tommy, the property manager is also very helpful, friendly and attentive. We love to fish and really appreciate the tips he gave us. We have rented many places on VRBO, but this place is hand down our favorite. You can tell the host put heart and soul to make this property memorable and stand out from others. We love everything about the Bear Paw Cabin and already planning to return again in the very near future.

Great house, amazing property -- exceeded expectations

Wonderful property complete with everything you need to enjoy life. The house is amazing and very well appointed. The Deck, patio, lawn and beach are perfect for plenty of outdoor activities. It was great having easy access to kayaks, canoe, and paddleboards. Everything is in great condition as the house and property are really cared for. Both owner and caretaker are super-nice and want you to have a great stay. Hope to stay here again!!

Beautiful river oasis

First off, the decor and feel of this place is amazing! It's both relaxing and invigorating. It made me want to come home and redecorate my whole house like a copycat. Second, Nicole could not have been more responsive or helpful. We had a power outage and she directed us to flashlights and water and checked in on us. Even attempting to long distance have pizza delivered. The house is gorgeous. The river mesmerizing. The beds were super comfy. Everything is luxurious...towels, bedding, even the cute little throws. Fun trampoline and old school playground. We will be back for sure!!
