First impressions are everything, I mistakenly booked the rental for an extra day. Called to correct and was met with rudeness. âPer their policy no refundsâ I read the policy and no where did it state that. Then to receive another email that I need to spend more money for a guest verification. Day of received a link with check in process that wouldnât open through the mobile app. Thank god my kid had his iPad! I fully expected to drive up to an apartment building and it was a house. Door locks were very finicky. First bedroom we went into had someone elseâs hair on the bedding, cobwebs over the plugs were the vacuums were kept stale water in the dishwasher. That stunk really bad. Random wires along a door frame. Ants crawling all over the bed in the second bedroom. Lesson learned always read the reviews.
Overall good stay at this location. Was there for a wedding and was able to contact the property management clearly and on time. Shopping and amenities nearby and was central to our venue. Would recommend, only complaint if I had one is the heat wouldn't stay on while we were gone for the day but heated up once we set it at night.
Donât bother! Go somewhere else! Couldnât even get in! Poor to no communication from location! Couldnât physically be in unit! Had to seek other accommodations!
