« Only reason I'm giving four stars is because there's a pet fee that wasn't listed/communicated up front. But that's not a big deal, everything else about this listing is phenomenal! Even had Ale8 waiting for us upon arrival, made my day. Everything's very straightforward and we loved having a king size bed as well as a GREAT yard for our dogs. »

Close to university and downtown. Quiet residential neighborhood. Easy to book and good communication with host. Would stay again. »

« It was a lovely house and property. The fenced in backyard was nice with a lovely patio to sit on with a hot tub. Enjoyed morning coffee out there. This house is in a very convenient location to many activities nearby, restaurants, access to the highway and much more. Carlos was very commutative and helpful. I would recommend this place to stay with family and or friends! »

« This house was perfect for our group. Accommodated 6 adults with no issues. Only draw back was the hot tub was only set to 95 degrees and we weren't able to increase the temperature. »

« The location was perfect for our itinerary. Bathroom area was very small. There was no toaster of all things to heat a bagel or toast in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. We could not get any standard TV channels on the TV's. But we really did not use the TV's much. Not sure I would recommend for what we paid over the weekend. But maybe that is the going rate for that area. »

« We were in town to visit our daughter at UK. Place was cozy, clean, perfect for what we needed. Conveniently located. Keeneland was an easy drive and Kroger field was a really short drive. »

« The house was much more than we anticipated. It was laid out very nice and perfect for our girls trip. The interior was well kept, clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the towels/linens were very nice. The kitchen was also well stocked. We especially liked that it was within walking distance (1/2 a block) of two restaurants and a bakery and an easy drive to several sights. We also enjoyed the daily koi feedings in the backyard pond where we could relax and listen to the water feature. »

« Nothing above and beyond and likewise nothing totally unacceptable. The pool is small and not really for adults. Would be nice to have been stocked with more paper towels and kitchen towels since we were cooking every night. Overall, a totally acceptable rental. »
