This was the nicest vacation home that we have ever stayed in. Everything was clean and comfortable. All of the necessities needed were there. It is centrally located near the high rise and low rise districts. Not far from amazing snorkeling at Arashi beach. Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay.

Family Aruba Time!

As the trip planner there is always pressure. Our group was 5 adults and 2 tweens/teens. This was our first time at this property so I was nervous. It was nice to be greeted by the host Daniel. The information provided was helpful. The property was beautiful! We loved the pool and bbq area.

50th Birthday Trip

We rented this house for a group of 8 adults to celebrate our 50th birthday and couldn’t have had a better time! The house was clean and spacious, the pool area was perfect, with spaces to relax both in and out of the sun, and the location was very convenient. Communication was great and Daniel was very responsive when we had questions. The master bedroom has sliding doors that open to the pool, a huge walk-in closet and very spacious en-suite bathroom.The only downside was that the outdoor hot tub was not heated. I’m not sure if this was mentioned in the description of the property and I overlooked it, but we were looking forward to enjoying the hot tub in the evenings, and found it to be too cold to do so without heat.Other than that, the property is 5/5 stars!

Sunset House

The house was perfect for our wedding anniversary. We rarely left the house over our 5 day visit except for 2 trips to the beach. Our favorites are Arashi and Baby beach. If you like the sunset this house is perfect for you. You can sit in the pool and watch it everyday. The back yard and pool are very private. If that is important to you, you will not be disappointed. The neighborhood is very quiet accept for the rooster in the morning and the occasional dog bark. There is a little wear and tear on the house and the lighting was not great in the master bath or hallway bath but not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay there again.

Most relaxing enjoyable vacation

Family of 8 members. Home was large enough for all of us. All the pictures are exactly as the home is. We had the most enjoyable vacation. Swimming in the pool, using the jacuzzi. Everyone enjoyed just hanging out in the hammock. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything appliance, dish, pots, pans and serving pieces you can imagine. This was a great spot and we are so glad we stayed here. Daniel, property manager, was wonderful, easy check in and check out. You definitely need a car to get around. But very close and easy drive to Palm Beach or anywhere on the island. We all found it enjoyable to stay away from the resort area. It was quiet, comfortable, luxurious in some aspects and truly relaxing. We would stay again if we every travel back to Aruba, maybe even an extended stay.

Great place

The listing is very accurate of the stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive prior to our arrival and Daniel helped us out tremendously during our stay. I would recommend booking your airport transportation and other planned excursions with one of their recommended taxis prior to arrival. They were very accommodating as long as transportation was planned in advance but were unable to help during spur adventures. Will definitely be back to stay at one of their wonderful properties

Easy and Perfect

Great house for 5 adults. Very clean, spacious layout, outstanding back yard with pool and room for all. The property manager Daniel was incredibly respondent to resolving minor items (hornets nest outside door, alarm chime). Driving up to the house may make you think twice; stray dogs in the neighborhood, billy goats, and although not ideal, it's very safe and a 6 minute drive to beach and high rise area.

Christmas 2023

The home was beautiful! The pool and cabana area were by far our favorite! So much space for our group of 10 to feel comfortable and enjoy our 10 days together. The manager was always quick to respond with questions we had. Home is a great location if you rent a car/jeep. So convenient to so many beaches, restaurants, and shops! We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect house with an amazing outdoor area

We could not have been more happy with this stay! If you prefer to stay in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the beaches and attractions, this is the place. The outdoor pool and outdoor area was amazing. There are so many comfortable places to sit, whether it was to sunbathe, or read a book in the shade, we all enjoyed spending some time around the pool. We cooked a few meals in the home and enjoyed them sitting at the large outdoor table. The indoor space was plentiful for our parry of 7. Jose, the owner was very responsive if I had a question. I would highly recommend this rental!

Perfect family spot

Aruba is not a place that’s convenient to walk places. Too hot and no side walks. That being said, this place was lovely! It’s only a few minutes by car from the beaches. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. The pool and outdoor spaces were beautiful and just perfect for the 9 of us to spread out. A big outdoor table was a great spot for the group to enjoy our meals alfresco. I have nothing but great things to say about this property and the people looking after it!

30th Birthday Trip to Aruba

Beautiful property, more than enough space for my 7 guests. Pros - Close proximity to everything - Air conditioner works great - OutDoor Grill was great - House and backyard were clean. Front yard was clean aside from overflowing trash can from previous guests outside the gate. - Quick response from host to assist us when needed. Cons - limited toiletries. We had to purchase additional toilet paper and paper towels. Which we didn’t find out until after we were about out of everything. We might have missed this in the guest book, not sure. - Garbage from previous stay was out front in the trash can upon arrival (Sunday) and remained throughout our entire stay so that plus the garbage we accumulated left front of the house very smelly and was unpleasant when getting in an out of the car. - Water runs cold very quickly so try to be the first of your group to shower. - Had to manually push front gate open and closed. Luckily we had a man in our group.

Absolutely beautiful!

Such a beautiful property and even more beautiful country. I came here with my friends to celebrate my 25ty birthday, and we all agreed the villa made the trip even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back to visit Aruba and will definitely stay here again.

Alto Vista stay

The house was nice. It is centrally located and close to several things. House was clean and felt new. It has all the necessities with pots and pans, cups, appliances, etc. The back yard was nice and relaxing. We did have 2 issues. One was with not enough hot water for showers. We were a group of 8. Only 6 of us were able to take warm showers. In fact, the 6th person said it was colder than he liked but made the best of it. If I recall correctly, the warm water was solar. There was not enough warm water for 8 showers at night after being hot all day. I think they need an additional source of warm water when that one runs out to support this. The house states it accommodates 8-10 people. Another minor issue was the bubbles/jets in the spa were not working. We did book this house with a running spa in mind. We were made aware at check in that the spa bubbles were broken and they were waiting for the part to come in. We still had a great time.
