« Husband and wife team managing the Inn, The husband seemed willing to help, but overworked (?) The wife never seemed to be happy. The building is an old roadside Inn that they are trying to renovate. The room photos shown on the review on the Expedia website cannot possibly be from this Inn! This is definitely a very old building. They started a construction project next to our room the day before we left; there were construction materials stacked up a few feet in front of our door the morning...

« The rooms have been nicely renovated but the outside and office are old and need a face lift as well. The TV would only turn on and the guide and menu buttons wouldn’t work so we couldn’t change channels, stream, etc. When we were out of coffee, there was none available in the supply room and after calling and requesting some, it was never provided so we left our room. Customer service was not good and no one was available on the property. »

« So the bed was pretty comfortable. And somebody had called me to let me know the person at the front desk had to leave and they were going to leave my room key in the room on the bed for me. I thought it was kind of strange that would have left the room unlocked like that but I was thankful they called to let me know what was going on. I hate saying but it's definitely not worth the $80 something dollars I paid. The room was too warm and I couldn't figure out where the heat was coming from,...

« Check was easy. Gentleman who helped us got us a room with a jacuzzi tub due to a cancellation and did not charge us full price. Helped us get settled in our room and made sure we were happy. Very quiet place. Beautiful scenery. Close to downtown without the downtown traffic. Will definitely return. »

« While the exterior looks fine at first glance, our two-night stay was ruined by poor maintenance, poor cleanliness, and front desk errors. Inside the room, the comforter and sheets had dark brown streaks and stains. The carpet felt dirty and had visible runs. The exterior door wasn’t sealed properly, letting sunlight—and potentially pests—in around the edges. In the bathroom, mold in the shower had simply been painted over and was already bleeding back through, and the rusted bathtub drain...

« After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet.
