« This hotel was in a great location and a MUCH better price than the seaside choices. The beach was in a very walkable distance as were restaurants, stores and activities. Modern updating inside is evident as the hotel was tastefully decorated, bright and welcoming. Staff were engaged and energetic. The parking was convenient and much cheaper than other hotels. The included breakfast buffet was a good way to start the day. »

« The hotel it's self was very nice in appearance. The staff was a little abrupt with any of our questions. Requests for extra blankets and pillows for the pull out couch we were told staff was very busy and to come to the lobby and get them yourself. Coffee maker did not work in the room. When we did get into our room the floors were as slippery as an ice skating rink, very dangerous for the elderly. We were a little disappointed overall. »

« Our 2nd time staying at the Avenue Inn and Spa was enjoyable. The room was clean, check-in and check-out were easy. The location is great - close to everything. Even though breakfast was better than our first stay, it was not all that good. I appreicate the hotel not throwing away usable food, but it was unedible by the 3rd day of reheating. The beverage options were appreicated, including the almond milk and juice selection. »
