Hotel Nord Fort Worth

« Très bonne impression en arrivant dans cet hôtel. L'accueil a été parfait, avec toutes les explications nécessaires, étant étranger le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour que nous comprenions. L'hôtel date apparemment de 2024, tout est neuf est bien entretenu. La chambre était propre, la literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner compris était très correct, du salé, du sucré, du healthy. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre de Fort Worth, et de la ligne orange amenant...

« Property is quiet and rooms are semi sound resistent. Staff was friendly and kind. However property wouldnt allow extended online booking. Was charged for early check in. So we lost out on our one key cash that was supposed to save us for the booking. »

« The hotel was nice but the staff are another story. We had drove 16 hours and tried to check in an hour early. The desk attendant told us no but we watched another party check in early. Also my husband was charged 3 separate charges all over $50 a piece with no explanation. We called and was given no reason and told a refund would be coming. We also went down and asked for towels during our stay and was given one towel and told there was no other towels or wash rags available. »
