« Local residents told me sometime ago this apartment complex was referred to as the prison hotel. One can still notice why. But now it’s under a new management, and for the hotel rooms you can see the rebranding: wifi is 400 kbps, bathroom renovated, clean beds, new quiet AC units. Plenty of parking spaces. Security (cameras everywhere and guard on duty 24/7). Pet friendly. And at some point you realize that barbed wire and high fence is not for keeping you in but for keeping “them” out! :) »

« Plusieurs bris sur les murs, dégât d’eau, mauvaise odeur à l’arrivée ( senteur de fumée) chambre non fumeur? La télévision n’a jamais fonctionné et appel pour aide jamais venu. Pour finir les filles à la réception étaient très gentilles mais n’avaient aucun pouvoir. Merci »

« We had a perfect time in Phoenix largely because of this beautiful property. Andrea was surprisingly quick to respond to all of my questions and the entire process with her was seamless. The home comfortably fit our entire family with 7 people there at one point. The pool, outdoor fireplace and eating area are beautiful and provided the outdoor time we needed coming from rainy Seattle. We highly recommend this property and will be back next time we’re in town! »
