« Arrived late, had our room info out for us, super easy. Beautiful place, beautiful room. Close to Helen. Only staff we interacted with was the housekeeper Deanne and she was so sweet. Just a joy to talk to. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. »

« Breathtaking views. Get the balcony room! Lunch buffet was delicious and well done. Service is fantastic. Water pressure was amazing. Nice hot showers, comfortable beds and pillows. Wish the rooms had a microwave and wish the resort had a pool. There is a microwave available by the ice machine on level 3 though. The hiking and water falls in the area are the best around! »

« My wife and I went and stayed at one of the cabins. The cabin had everything you will need. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The stayed was great. The only regret was we wish it had been longer. I recommend this place to anyone. »

« The room was very musty smelling like mildew. It was a quick stay while traveling so dealt with it for the overnight. Pet cost was not as advertised and at the hotel they charged $75 per pet. « For the price, it was a good option for one night. Everything was clean, and while it’s not the nicest hotel, it offers good value for the money. The location is great and within walking distance of many places. We were satisfied with our stay. »

« Great resort, we did horse back riding directly at the property, and enjoyed nearby activities like gold mine, Dahlonega and Amicalola falls. We had a Hill view room and there was also a shared living room and a patio. We had smores next to the building. Free Breakfast was great as well. »

« Our first clue that there were problems is that our bedroom door wouldn’t open. My husband called the staff and she had to throw her whole body weight against the door to get it open! There was just one door lock and the 2nd normal latch was missing. The shampoo was half empty so obviously the cleaning was not properly done. The sink faucet was so wobbly that it wouldn’t stay in place. Maintenance is definitely not a priority. The towels were threadbare. Seriously!?!? The rugs and...
