« This was very spacious for just me. You could probably fit 3 people comfortably in this spot. The neighborhood parking is on both sides of the narrow street, so I am thankful that there was also a parking spot by the garage. This spot was perfect distance from the venues I attended over the weekend trip (10 - 18 minutes). There is a gas station a couple blocks of a walk over as well, and to get back on the highway was super close too. I like that there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom...

« Spencer was a fantastic host for a great property. This house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, near downtown, UW Village, and Seattle Children's Hospital. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was lots of space to hang out inside and outside. There were good walkable destinations, and most of Seattle was within a 10 minute drive. As I said, Spencer was a great host and communicated quickly with us when needed; we had to change our departure date, and he was totally accomodating!...

« This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors. The only real noise was from the Highway nearby, but it wasn’t too bad. »
