« The cabin was just lovely! It was super clean, very well cared for, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The views from the cabin are beautiful, too. And the hot tub! It honestly has to be one of the best I’ve ever been in. The jets hit your shoulders, back, and legs in all the right places—who needs to go to a spa? « Le lieu est très sale, les tapis n’avaient pas été aspirés (miettes etc.), la table était collante. Jamais je ne me serais risqué à y cuisiner, au vu de l’état du four (très sale) et de l’état général. Les toilettes n’avaient manifestement pas été nettoyées (traces et poils). La couverture était poussiéreuse, sale et pleine de poils (probablement d’animaux). Sur le radiateur situé derrière la porte de la salle de bain, il y avait plein de cheveux. « Clean and beds were comfortable. They are using portable heaters so not the warmest but we were not in the cabin much during the day. The view of lake is nice. They forgot to stock extra rolls of toliet paper so we had to go to the lodge to get more. Breakfast is one cereal or instant oatmeal and only available for an hour. The owners were pleasant. They did not respond in the app so you have to call them. »

« Real old fashioned cabins which are spotlessly clean and tight. Comfortable beds, plenty of sheets and blankets, wood heat if you needed it and apparently electric if you wanted that which we did not. Quiet. Nice places to take an evening walk. Great hosts. There was a small mixup which was fixed immediately. Not the new age “cabin” of today thank goodness!! Loved the classic Colorado of old feeling. »

« The Juniper Retreat was beautiful, clean and comfortable. A little tight for three mature women but for a couple it would be perfect. The views from the drive in and the back patio area are spectacular. The location was perfect for our visit to Marion Bells and Aspen. David is a great host who gives excellent directions and responds quickly to inquiries and suggestions. I would not hesitate to book here again. »
