« Georgeous condo, perfect location and a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, and chatting with passerbys. We walk to coffee and breakfast every morning shopped all day took a train ride and enjoyed delicious food at the wonderful nearby restaurants. The condo was even more beautiful than pictures. The parking was a huge plus we will definitely return. »

« Condo was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully decorated. Views through the treetops of the golf course lake. Coffee on the deck in the morning. Had some trouble with door code and wifi, but communication with rental agent was good. Comfortable California King bed. About eight steep steps up to entrance which we seniors and our baggage navigated slowly. Love Big Canoe and all that area has to offer. We would stay here again for another getaway. »

« We come to blue ridge every year for our anniversary weekend and decided to stay here at the Perch this year. It was perfect! Located in town so so could walk to everything but had enough privacy for just the two of us. Everything was very clean and super cozy. We would definitely stay here again! »

« This placed checked all the boxes and was just as pictured. Great location close to the ball fields for my daughter's softball tournament. Also, in very close proximity to shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive to all questions and could not have been easier to work with. »
