Hotel Nord-Ouest d'Oklahoma City

« La chambre impeccable, tout était parfait »

« My husband and I were very happy with this hotel. Our room was very nice with a separate bathroom (not the little area outside the toilet/bathtub room that many hotels have these days), with a lovely big shower and multiple drawers and hooks to put your stuff. « We have been staying at this hotel whenever we travel through Oklahoma City - Quail Springs area. We find it to be clean, comfortable & the staff very helpful & friendly. Very convenient to so many great restaurants just minutes away. Highly recommend this hotel. »

« Séjour de 3 nuits agréable bien la chambre soit un peu petite et que la déco soit simple. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de micro onde dans la chambre. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, le petit déjeuner est correct par contre la propreté de la piscine est à revoir. »

« It was convenient for me to get to and there were several options for getting food. The property was clean and my room was nice and spacious. They had a good variety of breakfast items to choose from. »

« chambre propre, personnel sympa, »

« The first room had a broken, stained, and dirty sofa bed, hair on the nightstand, dirty carpet, and curtains that would not close properly. We had to change rooms. The hotel’s water feature smelled unpleasant, and service at the bar was extremely slow. This was not a matter of expecting luxury. The room simply was not clean or properly maintained. A hotel should be able to provide clean furniture, working curtains, and a room that feels ready for guests. This one did not. »

« Comfortable room with good breakfast. »
