« The cabin is beautiful and peaceful. I gave them 4 stars only because the faucet handle for the tub in the loft leaked and my grandson didn't get to enjoy the tub and as for the communication, they were great although we are all adults just sent the house rules at once so we know ahead of time.The views are great and your not to far from Heron or El Vado lakes and you're already on the road to the fish hatchery. I will definitely be using Hummingbird Hacienda properties again. »

« Fantastic house 1 block from the Chama train. 5 bedrooms and each has its own bathroom which made it very convenient for us. Kitchen nicely appointed. There is also a separate restroom off the living/dining area. Just a quick bit of information though, it does not have a washer/dryer available in the house but there is a laundromat a couple of blocks away. Great communication with the owners as well. »

Dog friendly was probably the best part about it and the neighborhood is cool besides the neighbors feeding the deer in their yard.We never received check-in information and it took over 5 hours to get into the house. We ended up calling VRBO customer service after reading another review that they experienced the same thing.
