« The house itself was clean, which we appreciated. However, it was not ready at check in, as the cleaners were still there and didn’t leave until 3:40 pm.Upon arrival, there were no towels in the bathrooms. They were left in the hallway and definitely need to be replaced. The kitchen could use some upgrades. The cookware and supplies were very low quality, and the pans gave off a chemical smell when heated. There wasn’t a salad bowl. You don’t need a lot, just the essentials, but those basics...

« Nice house in a family neighborhood in the Rancho Penasquitos section of San Diego, across the street from Mt Carmel HS. Parks and trails nearby and close access to freeways. House is large & clean, 3 bedroom 3 bath plus a living room converted into a sleeping space, and a large dining area and living room. All of the rooms look newly remodeled and have TVs. « Let me start with the positives. The back yard was awesome and had space for our large group of kids (6 young kids) to run around. The beds were also all extremely comfortable. There were plenty of tables/seating space for our group (4 families). There was an awesome neighborhood park nearby as well and it was not a far drive from La Jolla beach which was great. Some cons: the towels were tiny and there weren’t many. There were no spare bed sheets anywhere. The amenities listed weren’t accurate....
