« The staff are wonderful. The hotel itself is clean. I've stayed here in the past and would stay again. There was an issue this time beyond their control regarding the city turning off the water. However, they did make good with partial refund. »

« Location »

« The hotel is quite beautiful and the bar was the main reason we chose the hotel. That being said... I'm not sure if this was a general "Fort Worth" experience, but my entire trip was really just "mid". I checked into the hotel and usually the desk person will tell you about check out time, restaurants/bars in the hotel, amenities and information about how to utilize/get to them. We checked in, paid the fees, got our keys and he was like "okay, you're done". The only thing he really told us...
