Hotel North Central Texas

« There were cockroaches in our room, which unfortunately I’ve come to somewhat expect in Texas, but the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Staff came and sprayed, but nothing else was really done to address the issue or make the situation right for us. On top of that, when our flight was canceled on the last day, we asked for a late checkout and were denied, which added even more stress to an already frustrating situation. « The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful. »

« The only thing that really bothered me was that there were strands of hair everywhere! I want to be clear that the room was very clean, but I’d maybe bring a lint roller just in case…they did have a little hand-vacuum in the suite, so that helped as well. Other than that, we really did enjoy ourselves…great amenities, amazing view, polite & helpful staff!! Would return no doubt »

« The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better. »

« The room was in a terrible neighborhood. The freight train was feet from our room. The towels were so thin that we had to go to Walmart to buy others. I’m surprised that Expedia has this horrible property listed. Oh….we booked two nights but left after one. »

« Only issues was the bath tub. The drain plug did not work. Also the hot water is very limited. The bed was not that comfortable either. The house however was clean and very well thought out with the layout. »

« If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience: In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best...

« We pulled into the parking lot that was too small for a vehicle to get down the alley. People in the parking lot were doing profound things and we were so nervous we never even got out of the car! The pictures are deceiving and I would never stay here! We never even got out of our vehicle and immediately left, resulting in a fee to stay when we did not! We found a very nice motel up the street! The owner doesn’t respond or even message you back! No communication whatsoever! I would NEVER...
