« I will start by saying the staff is welcoming and pleasant. That’s really the only positive thing I can note. The property has so much potential. It’s in a great location. However, the halls/rooms are musty with mold visible on the windows and in the bathroom. »

« Plenty of room, all furniture/appliances/bathroom /lighting/ temperature controls were great. The bathroom and bedroom doors were a little noisy at night for someone sleeping in the living room. The pullout couch was good, as long as you sleep with your head at the foot end because the mattress sloped down at the head end. »

« When I first booked this 7 day reservation, I requested a view of the lake/golf course. When we got there, our room was a bottom floor facing the parking lot, that smelled like mildew and room was dated and we had no miniature refrigerator. I immediately called the front desk and said I was not happy with this and they move us to a room that had a better view. « We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room...
