« The front desk staff, Lauren in the evening and Morgan on day shift, were excellent! The elevator was out due to circuit hit by lightning about three weeks ago. Lauren explained during check-in and had to use a key to take guests up and down her entire shift. She has the most friendly and positive attitude. When we went in our room, it had not been cleaned. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. « Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this.
