« Spent the week here with my sister while visiting family in Farragut. The place was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Close to all the shopping and restaurants yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again. »

« I was shocked at how expensive hotels in Knoxville were but this place was a great choice. Walking distance to lots of atteactions and restaurants. We loved the black pearl in market square. Great historical building. »

« I completely enjoyed my stay at this thoughtfully appointed property. Be aware that it is a 3 floor walk up, which was fine with me. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. Close to everything. I’ll be back! »

« This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend. Clean, well stocked & decorated nicely. Communication with property manager was excellent. Around the corner from our favorite restaurant Stir. And honestly, the noise was not bad since they have placed fans & noise machines in all the bedrooms. Thank you!! »

« My husband and i got married in downtown Knoxville. This rental was so close to our wedding venue. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. Great building and neighbors. We walked to Gay Street for dinner and then walked around Market Square with some ice cream. This reantal has the best vibes and you cant get a much better location! Highly recommend it. We will be staying here again! »
