„We enjoyed our stay and felt we got a good value for the cost. Unit was clean and adequately stocked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Watching the boats constantly going in and out of the inlet was very nice. Beach service was superior to other similar places we have stayed. Shower had very good water pressure and flow to make you feel clean after the beach or other outdoor activities. Food in restaurant and room, was very good but slow and expensive. „Unser Apartment im Ocean Reserve war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufieden, wobei es schon kleine Schönheitsfehler gibt (Bäder/ Ceranfeld ) mit denen wir aber gut leben konnten. Wenn es was zu kritisieren gibt, waren es die elektronischen Schlüssel (Chips) die wir von der Hausverwaltung des Ocean Reserve erhalten haben und die für den Zugang ins Haus (Parkplatz, Poolanlage, Fittnesraum) benötigt wurden. „We needed a place to accommodate my family of 7 and this unit was perfect. The location and amenities were family friendly. Check-in was seamless and the staff was helpful. Also, it appears that the property has addressed any prior issues with the elevators. We waiting no longer than a few minutes for elevators. Overall, great experience, Zen is responsive and accommodating. Would not hesitate to book again. “

The water pressure in both the kitchen and bathrooms was great and temperature hot, which is important for me. The hosts also had excellent communication. „Wir haben in 'The Tides' schon öfters gebucht und waren auch diesmal wieder gerne hier. Das Apartment ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider kommt im Januar die Sonne erst nachmittags auf den Balkon, aber dafür ist ja die Poolanlage eine Alternative. Der Ausblick ist auch in Richtung Intracostal Waterline überwältigend. In den Betten liegt man gut, die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, WLAN ist gut, nur bei den Fernsehprogrammen hätten wir uns etwas mehr gewünscht. Freundlicher und ...

„Don't hesitate to book this property if you are looking for a place for your family and kids. Just keep an eye out for the rental agreement when you book. I missed that and got a bit of a scare on check in day but it was resolved without issue. The hotel is amazing. They treat you like a guest and get to know you by name before you are gone. Lots of nice complimentary little extras (ice cream and popcorn in the lobby, smoothie's at the pool and beach). 1st class, 5 star resort. “
