Room 1935

We stayed at Bay Watch in room 1935 the week of labor day 2022. We really enjoyed the stay and loved the location of the resort. The staff was super friendly and always went out of their way to say hello to us. The room was exactly as pictured and very cozy. The one downside to the room was the bed. It was very uncomfortable and super soft giving no support. Back hurt all week. As far as the resort itself it was pretty nice and had lots of amenities. Lobby area wasn't exactly clean when you walked in and it had a funky smell but I'd assume it's due to all the wetness from people coming in from the pool area. The major disappointment was the smoking. 2 nights in a row I couldn't even sit on my balcony because the smell of marijunana was so over-whelming. There was also cigarette butts floating in the lazy river and the little splash pool for kids. At the end of the day I would still stay here again since the location is great and they do offer alot of amenities.

Great spot, poor management

Great location. You could tell our unit had been recently updated. Unfortunately that’s the end of our positive review. They scheduled maintenance to be completed during our stay, ruining our plans as we felt uncomfortable leaving our belongings with the door open (which was requested). Workers also left a mess and painted, leaving paint fumes all in the condo. I have small children and absolutely did not want them around that. To top it off, during check out 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service. This left a 19 floor tower with one functioning elevator. And no trollies. It took us two hours to pack our vehicle and check out. Overall this was a terrible end to our vacation. All because they would rather book guests and cause an inconvenience instead of blocking rooms off so that routine maintenance could be completed. Disappointing.

I can’t say amazing

The place was clean, the view amazing, front desk no to gentle, beds uncomfortable, no pan for cook pasta for3? , smells cat pee on the hallway and the bathroom next to the pool smells very bad, people smoke in the balcony, and in the pool area!!! I toured was a no smoke propriety. I hope you fix this problems, I don’t know if I come back again.

Beautiful condo

The condo is adorable. Very clean and up to date. The beds were very comfortable. I was worried about the bedroom being right off of the hallway/elevators and the noise but we heard nothing! If you’re thinking of staying here, I definitely would! Thank you to the owners for providing such a nice place to stay.

Top floor views, updated unit, tons of amenities!

This unit is wonderfully updated and just what my husband and I needed for our vacation this year. 30 second walk to a beautiful beach, multiple options for pools indoors and out, great beach bar, and three great restaurants on site. If you didn’t want to leave everything you need is right there! Staff was also incredibly kind/helpful. Will 100% be coming back to this unit.

Weekend getaway

Loved the place. It was clean and nicely decorated. The entire facility was nice. Really enjoyed the dining amenities. This was our first stay here but definitely won’t be our last.

Excellent!!!

I stayed only one night in the penthouse, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The suite was very tastefully decorated on a beach theme and it was immaculate. It was nice, having a cup of coffee on the ocean-facing balcony, 19 stories up and watching the sun rise with the day's awakening breezes in my face. Staff were exceptionally friendly and present to every need. I plan to stay here again!

Bay Watch Resort was a fantastic place to spend our vacation! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and made registration pleasant and hassle-free! The stay itself was great and our room exceeded expectations! There are plenty of indoor/outdoor pools to accommodate and the smoke-free property atmosphere was a plus!! Beautiful view, clean room

The room was just the right size for our 4 person group (1 toddler). Bathroom and kitchen were clean and user friendly. Living room opened to balcony, relaxing to sit in. Balcony door kept heat out when closed. carpet in living room was dirty, I wish it wasnt there because floor was cleaner to walk on. Bedroom has enough storage area, room was cool the entire time. Beautiful Stay!!

Condo was beautiful!! Extremely clean and comfortable for a family of 4! The view from the balcony was an added bonus! Hotel itself was very clean and saw constant cleaning throughout the buildings and elevators to keep everyone safe! Front desk and housekeeping was very attentive to our needs for extra towels, sheets, garbage bags..all in a timely fashion! Would highly recommend!!

Beautiful Penthouse oceanfront!!

Everything was great except the floors. They were extremely slick no matter what was on the feet and caused great caution. The view was unbeatable and the condo was extremely well kept otherwise.
