    Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away.     Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!



    Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!



    DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



    Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. It also features breakfast daily at Bay Watch Cafe located in the center tower. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Fishtails is a seasonal pool bar featuring fun cocktails and live entertainment during the warmest seasons. There is also a gift shop selling trinkets and forgotten items to make your trip complete.

To start, the Vacasa staff throughout the building were so welcoming and kind. The room and common areas were spotless. The holiday theme throughout was thoughtful. Great job Vacasa!

Perfect !!!

Wow what a view. Coffee on the porch with the waves crashing below. Great sunrise pictures. Place was beautiful, very nice and home feeling. Decorated very well. Cooked a nice breakfast, full kitchen was very handy.

Convenient & Clean

Our room was exactly as described and very clean. We had to wait till almost 5pm for our room to be ready but great customer service kept us from being too concerned about it. Pool area could've been a little cleaner but overall we had a great experience.

Front desk staff was rude and acted like we were a nuisance for arriving at 2p. It was not busy, we were the only ones in the lobby. They said our room should be ready soon so we hung around. 1 hour later, “soon.” 2 hours later our room was ready right at 4p. It’s fine if it won’t be ready early, but communicate better and act like you care.The next day the front desk staff wouldn’t give us pool towels and were rude about that. We don’t know your “system,” we’ve never been here before. Just don’t be rude.There was no bedding for the sofa bed and we needed it. We communicated that to the host when they checked on us. They said “Ok we’ll let them know” and then no bedding was delivered. Next day no bedding. Don’t ask if everything is OK if you’re not going to correct things.The room was overall nice and the place was nice. But the rudeness and lack of care was not deserving of 9 ratings on VRBO.

Great stay & loved the view

We loved the condo and enjoyed all the amenities. There were enough pools and hot tubs to spread out from other guests especially during Covid. We felt very safe. We were able to enjoy the views from the balcony. The condo was very clean too. The condo was quiet too. We would definitely stay again. I would recommend the mgmt overseeing the property to list a phone number for ease to find once confirmed. We wanted to extend our stay and they were not responding to our emails, but we finally found a phone number and they kindly took care of us.

Fall Break Get-A-Way

I stayed at the same resort 3 weeks back, and knew from that experience, I wanted to stay here again. Different tower, different condo, different owner. Again, not at all disappointed! Property just as described, exceptionally clean, easy check in. No misses in communication prior to arriving. We will definitely be a repeat offender! LOL

Great vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Baywatch resort. Friendly staff, and mostly clean rooms. Quick access to the pools and a restaurant in the middle tower. Great beach access too with a stunning view from the room. The only 2 things I would complain about is the fact that it is nearly impossible to find a luggage cart, so after 2 hours of trying to find one I just made like 3 trips to the car and back to the room so we could get all of our groceries and luggage up to the room. Second complaint is that the carpeted floors weren’t the cleanest. I have a 14 month old and he crawled on the carpet and his hands were literally black within 2 minutes and he found an old grape and a bottle cap in the floor. Of course we took it upon ourselves to clean the floor after that so it was clean for him to crawl on. Overall great stay, but definitely have room to improve.

Place is a dump

The place physically is run down rusty appliance, torn carpet with exposed staples, cabinets are falling apart, laundry facilities are a joke 2 sets were broke! Getting change was horrible! No one has yet to return my inquiry about a refund
