This condo has been recently renovated.
Starting with the new paint, new shiplap wet bar, new flooring, new kitchen appliances and a new large window view sliding glass door and fully usable decorated screened in balcony with ocean and pool views.

The kitchen has new granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances and new kitchen supplies (i.e Keurig). It is fully stocked with everything you need including Keurig, blender, toaster, utensils, cocktail glasses and more. There is a bar top with two stools, and a dining table that seats 4.

All bedrooms have updated bedding so our guests can feel right at home.

All rooms have SmartTVs. And both bedrooms have full length mirrors.

Main bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

We have a private storage unit on site that has all beach essentials for guests to use (beach chairs, beach toys, etc) You will get the lock code after booking.
