Wake up to Atlantic sunrises at The Ocean Escape, a 14th-floor oceanfront condo in Tower A at Beach Cove Resort, North Myrtle Beach. Comfortably sleeping 4, this coastal retreat features a fully private bedroom with two queen beds, a private balcony, central AC, and Wi-Fi. Enjoy direct beach access, shared pools, a lazy river, and hot tubs, with free parking for one vehicle.

THE CONDO
Ocean views greet you through the sliding balcony doors in this bright, coastal-style condo. Settle into the blue sofa or leather reading chair, then step onto your private balcony for morning coffee and unobstructed sunrise views over the Atlantic.

The separate, fully private bedroom offers two queen beds, making the condo a comfortable retreat for up to 4 guests, whether you`re planning a family vacation or a getaway for two.

Your in-condo comforts include:
Central air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection.
An HDTV with streaming services for relaxed evenings in.
Room-darkening shades, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and closet and dresser storage.
A kitchen with a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. There is no oven.
Both a K-cup Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker, plus a dining table for meals together.
A renovated full bathroom with a tiled shower/tub combination and double vanity.
A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

THE RESORT
You`ll have private access to the entire condo, with a private entrance and keypad self check-in. An elevator serves the building.

Resort wristbands provide access to shared Beach Cove Resort amenities:
Direct beachfront access.
Multiple outdoor swimming pools and a scenic lazy river.
A heated indoor pool.
Hot tubs available year-round, with 24-hour access.

The shared pool is available year-round during designated opening hours. The poolside beach bar is open to all and serves made-to-order food and beverages.

The fitness center, arcade, and on-site dining areas are reserved for property owners and are not available to guests; the poolside beach bar is the exception. Paid washers and dryers are available on the resort`s P level, not inside the condo.

INTERACTION WITH HOST
We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. The condo features self check-in, and you will have the entire place to yourselves. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

The condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. Weekly and monthly booking discounts are available, and extended stays are welcome.

Starter supplies help you settle in, but replacements are the guest`s responsibility:

Hand soap, one sponge, a small dish soap, and starter bath toiletries: bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
One starter roll of toilet paper plus one roll on the holder per bathroom, along with starter trash bags.
Two large cloth dish towels and two makeup cloths.
One bath towel and one washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels and one bath mat towel per bathroom.
Paper towels, spices, sweeteners, other consumables, coffee, and coffee filters are not supplied. There is no towel or linen refresh during your stay; you can wash them using the paid in-building laundry facilities on the P level.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided. Seasonal rentals are available directly from lifeguards on the beach.

POTENTIAL OFF-SEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the off-season (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Off-season rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.

We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available. $200 Fee will be assessed to refresh the property if evidence of smoking is found.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests. There is an additional cleaning fee that will be assessed if pets inhabit the unit during your stay as outlined in the rental agreement.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 4. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of 4 without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent before arrival

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
