Not a good experience. Lock box to pick up key was 20 min away. key didn’t work at property so I had to have front desk unlock. They were able to get my key to work. I had emailed prior to booking to make sure the balcony was open to sit & watch sunrise, they had no reports of being closed. It was blocked off from outside AND that was only window in entire condo. all the patio furniture was shoved in corner of living room. All kitchen cabinets were in disarray, non organized, scorched, dirty saucepan, bad cookware & only 3 or 4 forks, knives, spoons on top refrig. in dusty canister. There was a dirty, dried rag on floor behind the wastebasket when I walked in with person from the front desk that let me in. Coffee cup I got out of cupboard was dirty. Lots of dust and dirt beside washer/dryer and beside beds. All pillows were flat as pancakes. Sleeper Couch was horrible to sit on, I had to sit on a pillow and put a pillow on the armrest, it felt like wood (no padding). Very dim lighting thruout condo. NO instructions as to pool or gym times, no written tv instructions or where to take the trash or anything. NO complimentary coffee, paper towel, soaps, etc except one tiny shampoo in each bath. I tried to get refund & leave early, but was refused. I needed a good vacation due to being recent widow. It did not happen.
