Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: enjoyable stay... a couple maintenance issues- heat didn't work initially but was immediately fixed by management. The shower floor in the primary suite wasn't stable. Felt like the subfloor was rotting. Would really like to find a unit with roll in shower and grab bars for older parents.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location! However, the cleaning staff only picks up the don’t actually clean. The walls were so nasty, pet hair and human hair everywhere, the fridge have spilled food there was broken pieces of glass in the kitchen and my toddler found an open pill bottle. I let staff know about it and they were great. I just recommend that they maybe change their cleaning people.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo at Havens is our favorite place to rent having owned property there before. However this was not the best experience. Seems this was once a 2 BR condo and the owners have made it a 3 BR having changing the dining area into a BR. If I am correct there is a law against having a BR with with no windows which this one did not. Also it had 2 tables on either side of the bed but no lamps. Don't even try to navigate the tv's which is huge challenge. Otherwise very clean but owners should consider the comfort of renters,

The code to get into the condo stopped working mid-vacation. Would have liked more help with this than I did receive. I stopped in the office and was given a new code and that didn't work. We managed that on our own.Overall this was a great place to stay and I would stay again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. When i went to put my son to bed I pulled back the covers and his bed was full of black dog hair. The bedspread was covered in dog hair and also had blood on it 🤮. Floors were dirty. Coffeemaker didn’t work. Tub handles were broken off. Shower floor broken and felt like you were gonna fall through. Rocking chair with a broken leg. Come Monday morning we were able to get clean sheets and a blanket and a new coffeemaker. Maintenance guy was very friendly and helpful. Staff at vacation rentals was friendly and helpful. Just need to maintain and clean the units better.
