House Rules

➜ Maximum occupancy must be adhered to at all times
➜ Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM
➜ No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony
➜ No trailers, watercraft, motorcycles, buses, or motor homes are permitted in the garage or street.

Violation of these rules may lead to additional fees or removal from the property without a refund.

Pool Access
You’re welcome to use the resort swimming pool. Pool hours and rules are posted on site and must be followed for everyone’s safety and enjoyment.

9:00 AM – SUNSET
Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult

Per DHEC regulations, pools not certified for night swimming must close at sunset. Anyone in the pool after sunset is considered trespassing, including owners, and the property may be fined.
