  • Crescent Towers II - l'unité 406 est un condo de vacances en bord de mer entièrement équipé. Le condo a trois chambres et deux salles de bains avec télévision dans chaque chambre. Il y a une cuisine complète avec beaucoup de choses à cuisiner pour une cuisine légère. Il y a deux salles de bains avec une des salles de bains privées et attachées à la chambre principale en bord de mer. La chambre principale a un lit king et une entrée sur le balcon en bord de mer. Le salon est également a l'entrée sur le balcon en bord de mer.

    L'établissement propose une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, un barbecue, une piscine en bord de mer, un parking gratuit, une promenade privée sur la plage et un ascenseur. Il y a 36 unités dans le bâtiment composé de deux et trois chambres à coucher. Ce n'est pas un complexe surpeuplé et la plage est normalement moins fréquentée que les autres complexes avec trois bâtiments.

The condo was in a great location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean and the only problem we had were the beds not being comfortable.

Everything in this condo is OLD! Only decent matress was in the master bedroom. Refrigerator was broken and they put an additional one in the dining area which made it very crowded. The sink in the hall bathroom was clogged. My granddaughter got shocked on the toaster. I put my beach towel down on the couch before I sat that's how dirty it was. VRBO was fine but the people that own that condo should not be renting it IMO

Vacation 2020

We had a party of 5 adults. Location was perfect! This is a smaller building with only 9 floors with 4 condos per floor. There is only one elevator but we never once rode the elevator with anyone. We enjoyed staying here. The beach was not crowded like when you stay at the larger condo buildings. Our condo was clean and was well stocked with pots and pans and plates and utensils. The kitchen is a little small. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good size. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a great time!

View was beautiful

They only thing negative I have to say is the bathtub jets didn’t work, and they were not done cleaning when we got there and we had to wait almost an hour standing outside, the property manger handled it very well.

Ocean front with great beach!

Easy access to beach with beautiful view in main bedroom. Enough room in other 2 bedrooms since we were out enjoying the beach, shopping and golf most of the time! Well equipped kitchen for meals when we didn’t go out.

Great location

Perfect location. Beach wasn't too crowded. Master bath could use some love. Mold a bit on the walls. Door to balcony is SUPER hard to open. Limited kitchen supplies and counter space.

Great condo, wonderful location

We booked the condo two days before arriving and we were very pleased with the entire process. We announced a late check-in and everything went very well. The condo was clean and it looked just like we expected. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and pans, etc. one needs. It would have been nice to have at least a few empty cabinets for the food we brought we us, but it was a minor inconvenience to keep it on the counter. We could not get the TV channels on the TV in the living room, but we managed to get them on the one in the master bedroom. Again, minor inconvenience, as we did not come here to watch TV. The light in the master bathroom flickered and turned on and off on itself a few times while we were in there. We did not announce this to the management as we did not want anyone else to get into the condo while we stayed there. The lights from outside the condo (on the street side) were very strong and made sleeping in those two bedrooms difficult. Our daughter had to use an eye mask. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The view is spectacular, the condo was clean, we relaxed, and enjoyed our stay.

Very Nice!!!

Met all expectations!!! Beautiful view of the beach. Plenty of room in bedrooms. Kitchen was a tad bit small but we didn't mind at all. We would recommend this to everyone we know!!! Hope to be back next year!!
