Primary renter must be 25+ years old per HOA requirements

No pets on the property

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

No motorcycles permitted by HOA - motorcycle and trailer parking is permitted in the lot across the street from the home.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access the entire house.



The Neighborhood:

Easy access to everywhere! With a grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, live music, mini golf, and the beach are all in walking distance from the house.



Getting Around:

4 cars can be parked at the house in the driveway. There is free overflow parking 200 feet away from the property.



Other Things to Note:

No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping. No motorcycles. No renting to students.
